At Technical Products Center, we specialize in producing prototypes and small production runs of springs, wire forms and parts formed from flat materials. We can produce quantities from one (1) to fifty thousand (50,000). Our staff has an extensive knowledge of springmaking and we have a broad range of machinery and tooling techniques.

Capabilities include compression springs, torsion springs and extension springs in wire from .005" diameter to .625" diameter. Additional capabilities include the prototyping and small production runs of wire forms and flat components.

We are located within the same facility as our corporate headquarters, which allows us to use the resources of our corporate engineering staff and Tech Center. We can produce components from your design/part drawing but we offer design support as well.

We stock a wide range of spring wire materials and diameters for quick turnaround. We use multiple finishing sources for any heat treatment or finishing requirements.

A typical time frame for your project is fast, usually 1-10 business days, depending on quantity required and material availability.
