Peterson Spring Technical Products Center specializes in producing prototypes and small production runs of springs, wire forms and parts formed from flat materials.

Request a quote	COMPRESSION SPRINGS Compression springs are used in a wide range of applications where a force, or push, is applied along the axis. The spring rate (load divided by deflection) can be constant or variable using options that include different shapes such as barrel, hourglass or conical. Compression springs can be produced from a wide range of spring materials and with different end configurations.

Request a quote	EXTENSION SPRINGS Extension springs are used in applications where a pulling force is needed. Extension springs can be manufactured with a large range of deflection and utilize many hook or attachment configurations. In high load applications, a drawbar spring can be used in place of an extension spring.

Request a quote	TORSION SPRINGS Torsion springs are used where torque, or a twisting force, is needed. Torsion springs can be manufactured as single or double torsion springs and are typically used over a rod or a shaft. The spring may include multiple bends on either leg or can be used in over-center applications.
